SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our warehouse is ready to ship products to you fast! As one of Sydney's only dedicated E-Bike & E-Scooter suppliers, our products are sent directly from our Redfern Warehouse. That means faster shipping and less hassle!

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from our warehouse in Redfern, Sydney. Due to the nature of some goods ie dangerous goods with batteries quality checks need to be conducted and the appropriate delivery vehicles need to be booked which might take 24-48 hours. During peak times eg xmas volume might affect dispatch times.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer FREE Shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100 in metro areas.
Excludes WA, Regional Remote Areas And Islands.
Some Bulk Items may require an extra shipping charge.

While we try our best to ensure that shipments are delivered as fast as possible and use the best carriers available, some delieveries may have unexpected delays. In this case, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for an update. If you are unable to find your tracking number, you can contact us.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
