- Wipe down clean of frame and wheels (if scooter is excessively dirty an additional bike wash labour charge may apply)
- Lubricate cables (replacing cables at additional cost if required)
- Adjust brakes (replacing/sanding brake pads at addition cost if required)
- Straighten wheels in workshop stand
- Adjust wheel hubs
- Adjust headset
- Check all bolts
- Inflate tyres to correct pressure
- Road test
*All parts (tyres, tubes, chain etc) and additional labour at extra cost if required.
Gold Service
$250
- Full wash and degrease of bike
- Check all bearings ( headset and hubs. Replacement bearings at additional cost)
- Lubricate cables (replacing cables at additional cost)
- Adjust brakes (replacing/sanding brake pads at addition cost if required)
- Straighten rotors and re-centre brake pistons on disc brakes
- Straighten wheels in workshop stand
- Adjust wheel hubs
- Adjust headset
- Check all bolts
- Inflate tyres to correct pressure
- Check battery condition
- Check motor condition
- Road test
*All parts (tyres, tubes, chain etc) and additional labour at extra cost if required.
Adhoc Repair
$120/hr
Diagnosing Electrical Fault
Pedl charges $90 to diagnose an electrical fault on electric bikes. This fee is non refundable and does not contribute to the repair cost. We ask you give us up to a week to diagnose.
DISCLAIMER
Repair jobs not collected after 30 days of completion will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded
- If a job is completed and the issue attended to does not resurface for at least 30 days after completion the job is deemed successful. A recurrence of the issue after 30 days is treated as a new job. (Excludes general service like punctures and brake service)
- Pedl will only attend to and be responsible for jobs approved by the customer. Eg if customer brings in his bike/scooter for brake service Pedl will not be responsible for any other malfunctioning parts of the vehicle on return.
